This Privacy Policy explains how Tony Souknalong, known on this website as Tony Souk (“Tony,” “we,” or “us”), handles information collected through tonysouk.com and related real estate communications.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, buying or selling interests, preferred location, timeline, and message. If you separately enroll in text messaging, we also maintain your messaging preferences and records of your consent and withdrawal.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to questions, coordinate requested real estate services and appointments, maintain our client communications, and protect the website against abuse. We use consent records to honor your communication choices. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional texts.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your mobile number to other businesses or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Text-message enrollment information and consent records are excluded from marketing disclosures and are not transferred to third parties for their own use. Providers that help us deliver messages or support customers may process necessary information only to perform those services for us.
SMS participation is voluntary. Providing a phone number or agreeing to an inquiry response does not, by itself, authorize recurring or promotional SMS. Service providers and other disclosures
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, serves and secures this website. Inquiry details are sent to our customer-management service, HighLevel, so Tony can respond. These providers may process information needed to perform their services. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights. These purposes do not authorize use of your SMS consent for another party’s marketing.
Website technology and external content
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times. Fonts are supplied by Google Fonts. The Instagram section uses FeedFlow and content from Instagram; loading that content sends technical requests to those providers. Third-party content may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Your browser settings can limit cookies. Links to Instagram, property-search services, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to respond to you, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations. Consent and suppression records may be retained to document and respect your choices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices

We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. To stop texts, reply STOP to the sending number. For messaging assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. Email preferences and SMS preferences are handled separately.
Children
This website and messaging program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.
