Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Tony’s services, explore real estate resources, and request assistance. Do not misuse forms, submit another person’s information without permission, interfere with the website, or use its content unlawfully.
Website materials provide general information. They are not legal, tax, lending, or investment advice. Contacting Tony or browsing this website does not itself create an agency relationship or a binding real estate agreement. Any representation or transaction is subject to separate agreements and applicable requirements.
Property information and external links
Availability, prices, and property information may change. Verify material details before making a decision. Linked websites, including brokerage property searches and Instagram, are operated by other providers and have their own terms. Website availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
Tony Souk SMS Terms
Program and consent
When you separately opt in to receive texts from Tony Souknalong / Tony Souk, messages may include responses to your real estate inquiries, consultation or showing confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about services you requested. Promotional messages, such as property alerts or real estate marketing, require a separate express marketing opt-in and are sent only within that permission.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of buying anything or obtaining services. You must control the number you enroll and be at least 18 years old. The general inquiry form on this website is not an SMS subscription form: entering a phone number or granting inquiry-response permission does not enroll you in recurring or promotional texts.
Frequency and charges
The number of messages varies with your requests, appointments, and the program you choose. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing texts. Ask your wireless provider about your plan’s charges.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to withdraw SMS consent. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out; further program texts will stop unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete a new opt-in through the original enrollment method. You may also contact Tony directly to request removal.

Delivery and phone-number changes
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your device, coverage, and service provider. If you change or give up your enrolled number, unsubscribe first and let us know. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies or time-sensitive transaction deadlines.
Messaging privacy
We do not provide mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and service-provider processing.
Content and applicable rights
Website branding and original materials belong to their respective owners. Personal viewing does not grant a right to republish or commercially reuse them without permission. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes and contact
